How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on your location. We aim to get orders to you in 4-10 business days from the order being placed.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
If you’ve placed an order and would like edit the shipping address, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has not been packaged up for shipping, we can modify it for you. Orders are typically packaged up within 6 hours of being placed. If the order has shipped, we are happy to help with the return/exchange process.
Can I return a product?
We stand behind our products 100%. We work hard to ensure that our quality is the best of the best. We’re always available to point you in the right direction and get products working for you. We believe in our products so much that if any product doesn’t meet your expectations, just send it back to us within 30 days and we’ll offer a full refund on the product cost.

I’ve never used CBD, where should I start?
First and foremost, we aren’t doctors so it is always best to check with yours before adding CBD to your daily regimen. Most of our first time customers start with our 500mg Oil Drops and 10mg per day. On an empty stomach is best! Stick with the same dose once a day for the first week, then slowly scale up from there.
How long are the products good for?
Our products have a 12 month shelf life! Everything is made it order so nothing sits on the shelf for longer than a month or so before getting to you!
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
